I’ve been on a wellness journey for several years and I’ve learned many tools from eastern traditions, as well as strategies from clinical psychology that have been transformative for me. Now, I hope to create a safe haven for others for meaningful change.
Working as a Psychotherapist, I provide video, telephone, and in-person therapy to California residents. My educational background consists of a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown University. I have also worked as an Intensive School Based Therapist for the Conejo Valley School District.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally sensitive, compassionate and solution-focused. It is customized based on each individual’s needs, drawing from psychodynamic, neuroscience, cognitive behavioral therapy and post modern modalities.
I am originally from the East Coast. I have been based in Los Angeles, CA for over ten years, where I currently reside with my husband and nine-year-old twins. During my spare time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, and cooking.
